Mixed media & inspiration

I draw inspiration for my art from so many different things. The colors of nature, films, music, a song lyric that might have stuck with me...sometimes it could be just a few lines or a description from a book I am reading that inspires me to paint a scene I envisioned while doing so. I even get inspiration from dreams I have. Of course I also get inspired by other people..by another artist's style for example etc... but sometimes just one medium (ex:arylic paint) is not enough to capture and do justice the vision in my head. And that's when I turn to mixed media.
